Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Your payment for any detailing service is strictly non‑refundable. All customers must inspect their vehicle before leaving the premises, as any concerns must be addressed immediately and in person; once the vehicle leaves the property, no refund requests will be accepted. It is up to Scrub Club employee discretion whether adjustments are needed.

 

Results vary based on the vehicle’s condition, and we do not guarantee the removal of stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, pet hair, or any issues requiring repair rather than detailing. Dissatisfaction with results that fall within normal detailing standards does not qualify for a refund.

 

All deposits are non‑refundable, and late arrivals of more than 15 minutes or no‑shows will forfeit all payments and deposits. Refunds will not be issued due to weather changes, and additional fees may apply for excessively dirty or unsafe vehicles; declining these fees does not entitle the customer to a refund. Any attempt to dispute or reverse payment will be contested with full documentation.

 

By booking an appointment, the customer agrees to this refund policy in full.
